In 2008 i ordered a ROSA minibus from RAMADBK and i paid $10,000 remaining with a balance of $5,000. However I was unable to send the balance and was told that my bus was sold to another client. I requested RAMADBK to send my money back but up todate they have never done so.
Kindly help me to recover my $10,000

In 2008 i ordered a ROSA minubus going at $15,000 from RAMADBK. I sent $10,000 and remained with a balance of $5,000 with a view of sending the balance later. However, due to circumstances beyond my control i was unable to send the balance. RAMADBK told me that they shipped the bus to Daresslam, Tanzania as they were awaiting for the balance. I was not sent any documents for the bus. But due to the fact that i delayed sending the balance they told me that they sold my bus to another client in Dareslaam. I requested them to send my money back after deducting the fine but they refused. I suggeted to them to send me instead a smaller bus like Toyota Hiace within $10,000 but they refused. I also told them to send me smaller cars of which they also refused. I have been sending mails to the owner of the company,Mr. Jagath Ramanayake but to no avail. up to now I have lost my $10,000 just like. I feel this is broad day light robbery.
I could not use pay trade to send the money because by then Pay trade had not yet been introduced around June 2008.
Kindly help me how I can recover my money from Ramadbk. I was contemplating of taking legal action against them but I dont have the resources to do so. Please I beg of you help me to get my money back from them.
It was very clear on their terms of reference that if a client fails to send the money on time a fine would be slapped and then the balance sent back to the owner but they didnt honor their own conditions.
I can attach my TT that i used to transfer the money to their account if requested.

With great concern, I feel swindled by ETOH TRADE OF JAPAN. I bought a Toyota Noah 2002 model from them and unfortunately the oil pump in that car was not working. To my surprise, they assured me that the condition of the car was perfect. From the ship the car directly went to the garage for repair. It has now been 7 days and i have paid extra USA 800 Dollars just to put the car back on the Road. I feel cheated and swindled by this company -ETOH TRADE.
