Learning Japanese.
I was wondering how to contact the emembassy? Is there really no email we could use for private conversations? I am a student in Nigeria and I am learning Japanese, however, apps won't aid me forever. I was wondering if I could get help? To have a real experience in the language? My school does not teach it and lessons are expensive. Sorry to bother you with this request.

solicitation for academic support
I'm Peter Chidiebere Obaji from Ohaozara in Ebonyi State Nigeria.
I was studying Mechanical Engineering Technology in Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana but because of lack of financial support instead of stealing or joining secret cult, I decided to drop.

I'm creativity oriented as a matter of fact, I have a design on Power Plant that will permanently eradicate power failure in the world at large .

I also have a design that will permanently eradicate plane crash in the world at large .

The only thing I need is financial and educational support and I will prove to the world that the power plants we are using is one the MAJOR cause of the problem we are having in the world today.
I'm ready to prove, present and defend these matter at point in time if am invited

I hereby plead to the Japanese government to issue me a scholarship to study in Japan, I wanted to apply for MEXT international scholarship but it was too late when i saw it.

The scholarship will help to gain more experience that will assist me to explore in my creativity based on their level of technology advancement and many more.
