Request for assistance for skills training of vulnerable young people

Please I heard of a bill passed by Japan legislature on aljazeera news bulleting to issue work visa to eligible foreign nationals both skilled and unskilled labour to travel to your country to support the work force in the field of construction, industry, education and agric sector.
