Can anybody tell me if I need two or four photos for renewal of an Irish passport. I'm applying from Canada. On the green notes with the application form it says I need two and NOT to have them stamped by the photographer. On the other notes in relation to applying from Canada it says I need four photos and to have two stamped and dated by the photographer...I'm confused!

Application
Just wondering if there are unforseen delays in applications at present. I will be travelling next week and my passport, application sent in September is still not here.

Visa to enter Ireland
Does an Indian citizen residing in Canada with a valid British travel visa need a Irish Visa to enter Ireland in July 2011?

I am also concerned to experience the difficulty in connecting to personnel at the Irish Embassy in Ottawa.

Looking to renew one Irish Passport and apply for two others
Hi there,

I have lost my Irish passport, which would have been last issued over 30 years ago. I would like to get another one, but probably don't have all the info I would need just to make an application. My husband, Douglas McKercher and son Fionn McKercher, I believe both applied and were granted Irish citizenship, though I don't have that paperwork either now, and would like to apply for Irish passports.

Could you please call me at 613.276.1217 to let me know what I need to do to get everything in order? It would be much appreciated. I did leave a voice message on your phone but would like to speak to a live person. Thanks!

Bit slow off the mark. Am travelling in September and have need of the passport. A second call in as many weeks has been what I've sent so far. Is there a living person there?
