Hi Jeremy

If the Irish Consulate in Montreal answered their phone, you could get an answer.

Irish Citizenship Through Grandparents
Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to get Irish Citizenship if your grandparents were born there. MY mother was born in Canada, and she passed away. She never got irish citizenship, but she was eligible. Are grandparents eligible for this?

Thanks,

Jeremy
