I am aware of the requirements for citizenship but am having trouble getting the documentation required from the South African home affairs.

There has been no response from either the Pretoria or Cape Town Embassy. In former case mail box is always full, in the latter no one ever seems to be there during their working hours. How am I to get the papers I want? Is the place run by leprechauns?
