Development Worker with diverse experience in program development, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building and networking with development partners both International and local NGOs (CBOs/FBOs) and District Local Government directly strengthening their capacity to in the fight against HIV/AIDS as well as engaging local community structures(traditional, religious, community, Community Development Officers, Local Councils, para social workers) understand their role in the HIV/AIDS response in their communities. I have been instrumental in raising awareness-raising and/or sensitization campaigns and other HIV/AIDS services in collaboration with the Community Social Services team of District Local Governments in the operational areas. Has been at the forefront of coordinating the selection and placement of students in vocational institutions in the district and mobilizing vulnerable communities in Western Uganda to realize their rights. My broad based training and interests in other cultures, coupled with a command of several languages have developed my confidence in handling and dealing with people of different walks of life to achieve organizational targets.
