Renewal of passport
I sent an enquiry via the website a week ago asking for information about which forms I need to renew my Irish passport. I haven't yet had a response and am hoping someone might be able to respond here.

Complaint
I wish to register a complaint with the Irish Embassy about the staff it hires to look after the interest of Irish people in South Africa, in particular Cape Town. The Embassy representative in Cape Town is incredibly un-helpful, rude and uninformative. This is not the first time that I have dealt with this particular individual and having spoken to other members of the Irish community in Cape Town, it would appear that this individual has a poor attitude. My wife is Dutch and we have had only good dealings with them. They are helpful, take their time to explain the paper work and and keep us informed by email as to the progress of the time of delivery of my wife's passport. Chalk and Cheese. I would recommend that the Irish ambassador takes a serious look at the individual running the Cape Town Embassy. I won be dealing with them again, as I would rather foot the bill and travel to Pretoria. One final note, when one works in an Embassy is it common place to be un-shaven, wear a baseball cap and have jeans hanging around your bum. Not very professional.

Renewal of Passport
Complained on 22nd Jan that I cannot raise a response from any of the Embassies. It is now 3 weeks later and still cant make contact. Where does one go from here seeing that i do not live in Pretoria or CT?
