Worst service ever
Everytime I go to this consulate I hate it more and more, no customer service what so ever. The laziness and lack of attention is incredibLe.
I hope you change EVERY single employee and replace them with people who are British or someone who can get the job right.
The staff in there have no sense of respect or humanity.
There are staff who's job is to sit there and do nothing. The rest sit on the window drinking their tea and having a little chat as the people sitting there and waiting.
They have no concideration about people being from different cities and having difficulties of traveling.
The reception is utter garbage. I hope that they all change and actually pick up a phone for once.
There is a guy at the entry and his job is to give tickets (which is completely useless) and he needs to leave as he has no idea what he's doing

renew passports
I have been contacting you over the phone many times! everytime i told soon we will get our passports !! so i have applied since January 2015, and today is 28th august2015
it is okay i know we are the slowest countrey in the world but you are making your people ( iraqi people) idiot ! useless emabssy
Three weeks and i have been told the passports have been arrived and the names will be shown on the website ! woow do we have website ?? i just can find the quick update about your closing for your holidays !

Passport renewal
I am trying to renew my Iraqi passport and to do so contacted the Iraqi consulate in London probably hundreds of times with no response. I've sent the e-form to renew the passport associated with all required documents unfortunately no response. I've resent my email attached with the documents again with no response. As part of my job I need to travel and my passport will expire shortly so what I have to do? Why no one is working in the consulate? why no one is responding to the phone calls? Please I need answers to my questions.

authenticating a certificate

My father ( may God bless his soul) authenticated my papers in July 2010 at the Iraq Embassy for I was a student in Leeds College of Arts in 1982 . i need to get a copy of the letter of authentication after the above date اي رسالة صحة صدور من السفارة العراقية موجهة الى وزارة الثقافة . Problem with consulat servite
The consulate of iraq in london only by name it is consulat or it is not, there is no respect No helpe ,they are fanatic,this only happen with kurdish when they know you are kurdish from nice person change to fanatic person,allhemdulillah i saw consulats of other countrys how is it i meet with them they are very nice helpe full friendly ,i see it is very very important some one who can do it to change that office that office need to change thanks for their fanatics
