I have visited the Iraqi Consulate to renew my Passport yesterday. There was only one computer available at reception to fill in the online form and there were many people with sibling (4/5) waiting to fill the form. I have managed to fill in the application form and waited for 2 hours to be seen. When I got to see someone, I have been told to go back and correct few incorrect entries on the form and that means join the many people who also have the same dilemma as me. at that point, I had enough and left empty handed and wasted a journey to London from Leicester. I found staff at the consulate running like headless chicken trying to help, but if there is someone with the right mind, none of this could happen, if only application forms made easily available with adequate instructions and guidance.

Actually my Iraq passport will end in June 2016 and I am trying to get in touch with Iraq embassy in London but it's useless because there's no answer on phone also I don't know how to book an appointment to renew my Iraq passport so please advice me what I suppose to do in this case.

اني عراقي واسكن في دبلن (ايرلند) واحمل الجنسية الايرلندية . جائت القنصلية الى دبلن
في سنة ٢٠١٠ وقدمت طلب باسم ( فاضل جواد رضا الكاظيمي ) لغرض الحصول على جواز عراقي نوع ج ودفعت رسوم ١٥ باوند
وبعد عشرة اشهر جائني الجواب ان هوية الاحوال المدنية قديمة ويجب تجديدها وارسالها الى القنصلية في لندن. ولكن عندها تركت الموضوع.
الان حصلت على هوية احوال جديدة. السؤال هو هل ارسل اليكم الهوية الجديدة الان لغرض تمشية المعاملة ام اقدم طلب جديد.

Hi,
My friend has misplaced his passport which is probably out of date.
He is currently in a UK prison and is to be deported back to Iraq but as he has no travel documents he will be held in prison under UK law.
Can he get a travel document to return to his homeland and how would he go about this?

Dear legal advisor, I have been dealing with a Iraq business partner for 2 years now, to gain contract in Iraq for my business. I have constant delays from the company and set backs. I have a written agreement between both our companies and signed and dated by lawyer and foreign office.
since May this year I have learned that a contract for my company had been signed and the company director constantly said he was coming over to UK to finalise things with me. to date he is still delaying and not submitting proper documents to me.

I'm sorry to see this dissatisfaction from our people
regarding the services they get from the consulate staff I think they do not realise that the staff try to do the best for everybody as fast as they can I feel they should be grate full.
considering the pressure of work load.
