I want to get married in Philippines but so many requirements for legal capacity to marry. is certificate of singleness enough. Dear Sir/ Madam,
WE are Philippine National applying for Entertainment Working visa to India. WE completed all the documents required almost a month now. Wondering how many weeks or months obtain visa? We've been trying to call and follow up but all Telephone isn't working and voice mail box is all full, we also try to e-mail but no response.WE spent so much time and money already going back and forth to the embassy but no updates at all.

hi my name is robin. i live in india at present. i want to marry a filipino girl who lies in phillipines. i have read most of the discussion mentioned by all of you. But i have few Question for which i am looking for suitable answers. so can anyone of you help to find those answers.
My Question are :
1. many of you said that i need to get legal capacity certificte for that.
2. In My case my parents are not ready for our marriage. so parents consent i will not get for tht certificate.
3. i do wana live with her in phillipines after the marriage.
4. is it possible to marry her in phillipine without informing or getting consent from embassy and later after marriage we inform to embassy.
5. Tourist visa is max for 21 days .. can i apply to extend my visa after marrying her with in those 21 days or i need to come back in 21 days.
6. how can i apply for Citizenship after marrying her.
7. do i need to get any permission from phillipines embasy here in india before going to phillipines.
Its my request please throw some lite on these issue.
