Dear SAHEER,

Please provide us your EMAIL ADDRESS so we can contact you. Please note OUTPASS is issued by Malaysian Immigration not by Indian Embassy.

OutPass and final decision will be issued by the Immigration of Malaysia. If you have criminal record or pending reported cases , Outpass would NOT be issued instead you will face the law.
Immigration would decide the next course of action including to prosecute ,hefty fine ,jail terms and even caning. The longer you have been illegal , the more hefty your punishment will be.

We advise our citizens to abide the law and remain legal at all times and respect Malaysian Immigration Law. We don't condone any citizen who violates the law

Dear UBAID SHAIKH,

The answer is YES. If you have overstayed/illegal in Malaysia,it means you have violated the immigration law hence you will punished severely and will be banned from entering Malaysia again.
It will have a huge impact on your future visa application with other countries as you have a record of violating Immigration law hence your chances of getting visa denied with other countries are high.

We advise our citizens to abide the law and remain LEGAL at all times and respect Malaysian Immigration Law. We don't condone any citizen who violates the law
