dear sir, i would like to ask how can i sue indian who used my name, to him to stay in Philippines without my permission, it was 18 years old when he ask me to sign a blank paper not knowing that he will use it to make a marriage contract that was 2004 , i dont even know him much but i was shock when i got my cenomar this july 2o12 ,it was written that i was married... pls give me advise ..that person is rashpal singh...it is very hard for my side knowing that i was married in that kind of porson in papers only,,please if u have info with him let me know..thank u so much..

I am scheduled to attend a business meeting in Chennai on May 23, 2012. Unfortunately have been advised that my visa may not be ready in time.
