i am a filipino n i have a fiance who is an indian,we r planning to get married by june here in philippines but he has limitted time of holidays from work so i will process my visa in early n make it ready when he come here in philippines coz we will go together in india after marriage n get married there also in civil in less than one month. So i want to know wat should i do inorder to hav my visa ready.

Currently, I am out the country and would like to attest my Bank Account Statement to be used in PAN application in India. Is it okay that i will let my brother bring the said document to Indian Embassy in Philippines for attestation? Please advise.
