I have been selected to study in Austria in the field of anti-corruption in the International academy for anti-corruption ( IACA ) . I hope that you give me a visa to to travel to Austria to attend the studying because you are the partner embassy for Austria in Yemen as they told me .I include a letter from the academy that recommend me to go the embassy of France.

Thank you for your email. As regards the issues you raised please be informed as follows:

- Visa application
Kindly note that you shall not apply for a visa for educational purpose. On 3 December 2012 I submitted you general information concerning the visa application process. In this email the following information was provided to you:
“What type of visa do you need for the MACS 2012 programme?
After consultation with Austrian`s Federal Ministry of European and International Affairs (BMeiA) MACS participants should apply for a category C visa. Kindly note that this multiple entry tourist visa is valid for 1 year during which you are admitted for a total of 90 days in the Schengen area.
It is estimated that for the overall duration of the MACS programme 2 successive Visa C’s should suffice”

Please be informed that I forwarded the Note Verbale to the Federal Ministry for european and international Affairs (BMeiA) on Wednesday, 12 December 2012. As stated in the information from 3 December 2012 BMeiA will communicate the Note Verbale to the particular Austrian Embassy of the particular partner embassy. Please note that the processing time of Note Verbales and visa applications is at least 7 working days.

يقال بأن المادة السائلة المتفجرة حديثة الصُنع ، كان قد تم إختراعها قبل وليس بعد حادث سقوط الطائرة
المدنية التي سقطت في جزر القمر بعد مغادرتها للأجواء اليمنية ، وبالتالي وكشيء بديهي فإن سبب
سقوط الطائره التي سقطت مؤخراً قبل عدة سنوات في دولة جزرالقمربعد إقلاعها من أحدى مطارات
الجمهوريه اليمنيه كان بسبب عمل إرهابي ،قامت به عناصر إرهابيه عربيه أتت من خارج اليمن كانت قد
صعدت على متن تلك الطائره أثناء رحلتها ، أُستخدمت فيه نفس الماده المتفجره السائله التي أوستخدمت في
محاولة أغتيال / سمو الأمير نايف رحمة الله عليه ، الفاشله _ سابقاً ، وبأنه لم يكن سقوطها بسبب حدوث أسباب
آخرى، وأن سبب عدم قيام تلك المجموعات الإرهابية بإستخدام عناصر إرهابية من داخل اليمن - يمنيين -
في تلك العملية كان بهدف ضمان نجاح العملية , كون إستخدامها لعناصر إرهابية يمنية كان سيثير عدد
كبير من التساؤلات لدى رجال أمن المطار اليمني الذي غادرت وأقلعت منه الطائره ، وقد يهدد بفشل
العملية برمتها ، حيث أن سفر يمنيين على متن طائره ممتلئة بالأجانب الفرنسيين متجهه إلى دولة غريبة
على اليمن كجزر القمر كان سيثير الكثير من الشكوك والتساؤلات من رجال أمن المطار عن أسباب ذلك
السفر، كما كان سيؤدي إلى الشك والإستفسار عن مدى علاقة وتورط ومسؤلية إولئك اليمنيين بسقوط
تلك الطائره بعد أن يتم سقوطها ، كما أن عدم قيام تلك العناصر بأعلان مسؤليتهاعن الحادث - كما جرت
العاده سابقاً (السريه) كان لضمان سرية نجاح تكرارإجراءعمليات إرهابيه آخرى غيرها تُستخد م فيها
نفس الماده المتفجرة حديثة الصنع والإختراع،وبالتالي فإني أعتقد أن هناك حاجه ملحه لإعادة فتح ملف
التحقيق الدولي الخاص والمتعلق بأسباب سقوط الطائره سابقة الذكر، وبالتالي يجب إعادة فتح التحقيق في
أسباب سقوط غيرها من الطائرات التي سقطت قبل أوخلال فترة سقوط تلك الطائره وبالذات التي كان على
متنها أجانب .. وأعتقد بأن هناك من سيحاول التغطيه بقوه على الموضوع السابق لأسباب عده، قد يصل
بعضها إلى حد محاولة تصفيتي تصفيه جسديه ، أو الإدعاء بأني شخص مجنون .

ملحوظة هامة : هناك أسباب كثيره لعدم قيامي بالإبلاغ عن المعلومات السابقة في حينه رغم إطلاعي
عليها قبل عدة سنوات، وقبل أن تسقط الطائره سابقة الذكر لا أستطيع ذكرها الآن خوفاً على حياتي ...
