You have already got rectified the errors in your B/c by court order. You have to repeat the same in a civil court for rectification of errors in your M/C.

sir, my name is selvam and i was born in pondy in 1963 there was a error in my birth certificate(fathers ,mothers name) but i corrected through the family court in 1987, and than i was married in 1993 in pondy but again they made name error (fathers ,mothers name)the person who wrote made error ,what should i do now again family court for correction? and how long will it take?is there any other way? please suggest me !

Please study the effects of the franco indian treaty of cession. 1956 which came into force on 16.o8.1962. Then you will find the solution.
