Sir,
Please see the service book of your father and find outwhether he has completed the army service period req uired for pension or he was ousted from service. About eligibility for pension you can write to the concerned army officer. You can also get further details from the Association of ex servicemen (anciens combattants) in which your father can seek his admission as member and ask for secours/financial aid. TN Tamil Boy (Indian Citizenship) Marry Pondy Tamil Girl(French Citizenship)
Hi Sir,

I am from TN and am planning to marry a French Citizenship Girl who is Tamil living in Pondicherry. I have few questions, please answer:

1. Do I need to change my citizenship or it will be automatically changed to French once I marry her?. I want to be with Indian citizenship.
2. Can I travel to other countries like USA with her (I already have USA VISA) without any problem since she is French citizen.
3. What will be the citizenship of the Child that will born to us?
4. She can stay with me forever in India even though she is French.
5. How the VISA to other countries (For ex: USA) will be processed for her?

Thanks a lot.
Regards,
Kannan
