My daughter has been married to a French man called Pascal Boutet. The name of the girl is Alexona Quirino Chilanga and their wedding took place in Lilongwe on 21 November 2015 at Kim's Lodge. Unfortunately after the wedding, the couple have failed to access a VISA to France and the man for the time been has gone back to France. What should the girl do to access the Visa fast and be united with her husband.The girl has all the marriage certificate from the Government of Malawi. Please help us.
