there is clear relationship between this office with some people within french consulate and embassy,this is really shame

We are as Kurdish people are very glad and proud for having your consulate (France
consulate) in Kurdistan region.
We really thank your help and your effort as France government to Kurdish people. But unfortunately we hear and see that people can get Visa approval from your consulate by paying a bribe to the people who want to distort the reputation of France.
For this reason we would like to aware you that this unfair and it had given an opportunity to those people to get benefits from your service that you are offering it to our people.
We know that such a kind of this treatment in your consulate doesn't go with French culture and morality. We hope that you can find a solution.
Note : There is a bureau called Paris Bureau in Erbil it has very good coordination with the local staff in Erbil French consulate.

you are completely right ,i saw 4 people came without appointments and they called the a guy (kurdish)one and said Mr x send me ,and he welcomed them ,
this is corruption as you said

As we believe in organized and justice values that you hold ,and instead of behaving in a way that you learn our people what the justice and systems means ,unfortunately you are a now part of a chaos and personalization that present in kurdistan and middle east,some of your employees in the french consultae in ERBIL give appointments in a very corrupted way ,if they know a person they give him appointment tomorrow ,if they dont sometimes even they say you are late ,i write this because i know you are basically not like that .
