Can not get appointment from french web site

Iam asking why there is aweb site for appointment if the web site always full capacity I tried to open that web site all the day and all the night and icouldnt open it even icall some numbuers from the same web site they supply me with anumber who responsible for visa and itry to call many times but no one answered .
So there is appointment for any one in jordan and mascat and dubai what the problem with your embassy in baghdad
