i have tried twice to get appointment on the internet and heard nothing,is there another way to get better communications?please let me know

the Honorable french Ambassador.
it seem very hard to reach the embassy ,using the phone it seem not working at the embassy premesis i was advised to get appointment threw the internet then no body communicate.
Mr ambssador france is dear to Iraqis and to strengthen this we need communication

For the last two months,i tried every day to make an appointment from your website,every time its not working it appeared to be fill and i couldn't open the month after , it appears like it is not working any more ,or maybe it is closed to the public.
My wife is Belgian ,my son also and we want to visit Paris but i need avisa ,its logical that they cant go without me.
It will be so glad if i get an answer showing the way of taking an appointment.
