Je suis professeur du français à l'école de communité armenienne, je suis éthiopien et j'ai une licence en langue française.Madame, je n'ai que la grammaire progressieve du française pour enseigner..imaginez comment ça serait difficile à enseigner dans cette situation là. Tous le monde veulent savoir la langue française. Et cette une langue le plus aime même que l'anglais. የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት በኤች አይቪ በሽታ ህዝብን በመጨረስ እርዳታ ለማሰባሰብ ከፍተኛ ዝግጅት እያደረገ እንደሆነ ምንጮች አረጋገጡ፡፡ ኤች አይቪን ለመከላከል ተብሎ ለኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ከምእራባውያን የሚሰጠው እርዳታ በመቆሙ አዲስ አበባ የሚገኙ ከጤና ጣቢያ እስከ ሆስፒታል በተለይም ዘውዲቱ ሆስፒታል ኤች አይቪ መመርመሪያ ኪት በማጣታቸው ኤች አይቪ ያለባቸው እናቶች ፖዘቲቭ የሆነ ህጻን እየወለዱ ይገኛሉ፡፡ እርዳታው የሚቆምበት ምክንያት ኢትዮጵያ ኤች አይቪን በመከላከሉ ረገድ በመጠኑም ቢሆን የተሳካላት በመሆኑ እርዳታ ሰጪ ሀገራት ፊታቸውን ወደ ሌላ ሀገር በማዞራቸው እና በተለያዩ ጊዜያት ለኢትዮጵያ የተሰጠው ገንዘብ በባለስልጣናት በመዘረፉ እንዲሁም ሂሳባቸውን በወቅቱ ማወራረድ ባለመቻላቸው እንደሆን ምንጮች አረጋግጠዋል፡፡ ይሁን እንጂ ከዚህ በኋላ ለኢትዮጵያ መንግስት የሚሰጠው እርዳታ ለጸረ ኤች አይቪ መድሃኒት መግዣ ብቻ ሲሆን ይህንንም በአግባቡ ገንዘቡን ባለመጠቀማቸው ምእራባውያን ርዳታውን ለማቆም ቢፈልጉም ከሰብዓዊነት አንጻር ብለው ብቻ ነው የሚረዱት ተብላል፡፡ ባለፉት ዓመታት በርካታ ረጂ ተቋማት ወደ ኢትዮጵያ በመምጣት የአፈጻጸም ስምምነት ለመፈራረም ቢመጡም አንዳንድ ባለስልጣነት ገንዘብ ለማግኘት ሲሉ አቃቂር እያወጡ ተቋማቱን በማጉላላት አንፈራረምም በማለታቸው ምክንያት ረጂ ተቋማቱ ፊታቸውን ወደ ሌላ ሀገር ለማዞር ተገደዋል፡፡
የሆኖ ሆኖ በኤች አይቪ ምክንያት የሚሞትና ስርጭቱ ቀንሷል በሚል ርዳታ ያጣው መንግስት የኤች አይቪ መመርመሪያ ኪቶችን እየደበቀ ለጤና ተቋማቱ ባለመስጠት ኤች አይቪን ሆን ተብሎ እንዲሰራጭ እና ትኩረት በማግኘት በኤች አይቪ ስም የሚገኘውን ገንዘብ ለመብላት በሚል ስራ እየተሰራ ይገኛል፡፡ በዚህ መሰረት የኤች አይቪ መሳሪያዎች በጤና ተቋማቱ አይገኝም፡፡
I have got letter of acceptance for the master program in MPH from french school of public health. they told me to contact french embassy in Ethiopia for funding and the whole process issues. I had already applied for MPH scholarship by information sciences and Biostastics from French school of public health. In case if will I selected for 2014 entry, they informed me to contact Ethiopian French embassy for scholarship fund case since Ethiopia is not under CEF listed countries for the tuition fee application online procedure. Hence, please I need your office clear information and the possibility of getting scholarship fund in your Embassy. Waiting your response through (shirley.meta6@gmail.com).
