latimosamente q verguenza q en el consulado salvadoreño tengan un servicio tan malo son demasiado despotas y se burlan de su propia gente ahora entiendo xq luego algunas personas no nos quieren en este pais si no existe ningun tipo de respeto a las personas y lo peor es q son asi hasta con sus propia gente gente salvadoreña y pies lastimosamente pagan justos por pecadores.

No phone servic Or other means of communicatio. Some citizens come as Far as salina. To get in a line as ealy as 3am, I got here at 7am only to get a number and be told to come Back at 10am and companions have to stay out of the buildin.There a lot to complain abou Not enough room, bottom line. Disaster complete fiasco.
People in charge need to improve to serve so the cityzens don't waste a hole day and a halfe to come over and be told "we run out of DUI" ducumento Unico de Identidad. Please we can do A lot Better.

Da verguenza que la comunidad Salvadoreña busque ayuda, y que lo unico que encuentran es un servicio pesimo, eso habla del poco respeto que la embajada Salvadoreña tiene por su gente, nos entiendo porque si no existe el edificio todavia tienen la direccion en internet. los telefonos no contestan o suenan como faz, no hay una contestadora que de horarios ni en donde puede ser localizada la embajada.. que impotencia!!!! mas respeto por favor!

I m so dissapointed, with the salvadorian consulate in Santa Ana, CA.
I drove all the way from LA, to santa ana, ca, to update my passport, and this place dissapear, where are you located?..BAD WAY TO DO BUSSINESS. AT LEAST LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT YOU MOVETO ANOTHER LOCATION.
