Something to experience
First of all I find that most of the personal at the Salvadorean Consulate are kind, polite and well intended. Walking into the Consulate is an ambivalent experience, the lack of cleanliness and planning is shocking, the offices seem as if they were put together without a real idea of purpose. It is confusing and most of the clients seem to be somber and doubtful. There is a problem with their phone lines, to talk to a live person seems a far fetched idea. the internet also seems to be badly planned which paints a wrong image about the country. It will be nice if somebody took a task to improve this matters
