I needed to ask a very simple question, about the renewal of my passport. I called several of times, but neither an human being replied nor I could leave a message in the voice mailbox as both mailboxes (Arabic & English) were full, and don't accept any new messages. Why you make so difficult to reach you? Just tell me how to get in contact with the Embassy to ask my question ?
P.S I live far away from LA, and I need to finish my passport as soon as possible.
