Yes it is a scam. Any request for money to be transferred to a bank account for a visa is a scam. In fact, any request for money from a company is a scam. Read: http://www.fraudwatchers.org/forums/showthread.php?t=60375 and www.scam-job-emails.tk
I have signed a offer letter form Eurosharks Petroleum, and got the Visa application forms also. But they are asking me to pay some amount through bank transfer for Visa process. Is this a froud?
