ITS VERY IN-PORTENT PLZZ READ IT its ia agreed between the parties that the first part will not hold responsible or liable for damages whatsover, if the authority REJEET/REFUSE/CACCLE the visa application due to incorrect/misleading/false information/incomplete document/submission of fraudlent document by the party of second part.
2) it is agreed between the parties that if the party of second part has to withdraws his/her application/case during the process than the party of second part has to reimburse all be expenses incurred by first part with the penalty i.e. (repees)INR
3) IT IS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIS THAT THERE WILL DE NO REFUND on service charge/fees, embassy fees, courier fees and shipping charge or any process begun.
4) it is agreeed between the parties the the first part is not liable to refunbadle or remburse the second part for any of the following reason:
