passport send to embassy without any labelling.
the embassy requested my passport on the 19th of July it was sent on the 20th of july. however when i sent it i did not labell it with my file #/ application #. is it possible that they might not know which file( My file) to put it on. or once they receive the passport they can use the passport # to locate the matching file ( my File).

note that this isnt a visitor visa situation, this is for permanent residency and I have been approved and they requested the passort. has anyone ever send a passprt to the embassy and did they label it with there file #

DISAPPOINTING
I always thought the Canadian Embassy was much more organized than the US embassy. But I was totally wrong, I last visited the Canadian embassy on June 14th 2011 and to date I have no idea if my application has being processed, the phone lines don't seem to work, there is no response to e-mail sent to the embassy..this is unacceptable, and not to mention poor customer service. THE CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS..I'm now tempted to put them in the papers.

Very disappointing
The Canadian High commission in Jamaica have staff that are very unprofessional with alot of attitude. There is no parking lot there and no one wants to communicate with you in a pleasant manner when u go there. I applied for quite some months and i got no information on the status of my application for permanent residence. When i tried to get some info they told me to email my request but when i did i got no response. Something needs to be done about this embassy.
