O Andi nga Bostoni, mos e degjo Nikun se ai nuk e di cfare flet per pashaportat e reja.
Pashaportat e reja biometrike duhet te nxirren perpara perfunditmit te vitit 2011 dhe duhet te jesh vete ne Shqiperi per t'i nxjerre ato. Koha e nxjerrjes eshte minimumi 3-4 jave, keshtu qe duhet te planifikosh viziten edhe per nxjerrjen e vizes per t'u rikthyer nese te duhet.
Per fat te mire, pashaportat e vjetra mund te perdoren deri ne fund te vitit 2011. Let te shpresojme qe nderkohe MPJ te nise ndonje procedure qe shtetasit shqiptare ne SHBA te mund t'i marrin pashaportat e reja ketu.
Nese ke ndonje pyetje me specifike, merr ne telefon zyren konsullare ne ambasaden e Washingtonit dhe ata do te te shpjegojne me tej.

O njerez, ai I pari njehere qe thote rinovim pashaporte. Ku ke pare vend ne bote qe nderron pasaportat dhe te thote ajo qe ke nuk pi uje. Nejse shqiperia eshte vendi i cudirave po megjithate perderisa pasaporta jote skadon ne 2012 dhe ti je ne rregull, kur ta rinovosh atehere do ta marresh tjeren. Ai personi tjeter qe jeton ne greqi dhe pyet a mund te vish ne amerike me pasaport shqiptare. Ore po ti svete do ne greqi me pasaport shqipetare Jo me ne amerike. Per cdo levizje jashte shqiperise me pasaporte shqipetare ke nevoje per VIZË. Kjo tjetra qe kerkon te iki ne qershor me pasaporte te skaduar, ku te çon mushka ty?! A ke pare qe sa here pret bileten the thine duhet te kesh pasaport te vleshme. Ne qofte se te ka skaduar ik ne konsullaten shqipetare dhe merr leje kalimi per ne shqiperi, por mos harro se leja e kalimit eshte vetem per te dale nga USA dhe per te Hyde ne shqiperi. Kur te vesh atie te duhet te marresh pasaport te re. Ti personi per ne Hawaii!!! Ore djale Hawaii eshte shtet amerikan dhe te duhet vetem patenta, po spate patent atehere merr passporten dhe greencarden per siguri por nuk ka per ta kerkuar njeri greencarden. Dhe boll me keto pyetje idiote ne kete faqe se nuk ju pergjigjet njeri. Une ju pergjigja se me beri pershtyepje injoranca juaj. Edhe perse jam kaq vulgar ju kam dhene pergjigjet e sakta. Paci fat.

Une jetoj ne Boston, kam passaport Shqipetare e cila me skadon ne maj/2012. Kam degjuar se passaportat e vjetera nuk do te jene me ne funksionim duke nisur ne Janar te 2011. Jam i interesuar te dij se sa e vertet eshte ky lajm? Nqs do te na duhet te nderrojme passapor a mund ta bejme kete ketu ne amerike duke ju drejtuar zyres tuaj, apo na duhet te fluturojme deri ne Shqiperi.

As a legal U.S. resident with a green card, is a passport necessary for travel to hawaii, or is the green card sufficient identification? A friend of a friend was told she could not go to Hawaii without a passport, and I am trying to find out if that is true. Thank you

My parents came to America in the early 1920's and taught us the language and most of our culture. I am now 72 yrs of age and wish to see Albania before I pass on, however I'm not in that position to travel. They both came from Berat and I understand there was a celebration and a film of this event was made. I would love to it. Thank you for your time.
