New NOC or TIF Form For Afghan Refugees
To whom it may concern,

Let you know that, a new defense bill ardinance has been passed and in accordance with that all Afghans have to fill a new TIF form or NOC, which should be attested by 18 Grade Pakistani government Officers, Afghans have enough of problems living in Pakistan and it's just going to add to those problems they are already facing. Can any Afghan government Official help Afghan refugees living in Pakistan, with this new issue, I am sure they will not but, I was just curious to find out, cause there still might be some Afghan official who care for their Afghan brothers and sisters living here.
