Requesting for cooperation
Dear Sir/Madam

I have tried to send my request to the Embassy and calling for cooperation. But the two email addresses of the Embassy do not accept emails and show failure notice.

Could you please let me know how can send my request to the Embassy, I am Afghan and looking to hear from you as soon as it is possible for you.

You now go to foreign ministry of Pakistan (wazarat Khalifa islamabad) there attest your certificate and then you go to Afghanistan embassy.After you done this you come to Afghanistan and attest it in Afghanistan foreign ministry in Kabul.After that your certificate is acceptable in Afghanistan.
