I'm hekmatullah from afghanistan i am now in peshawar i have graduated from one of colleges in peshawar now due to my degree that they will give it to me they need my equivalance and i havn't that so plz help me to get it also i'm graduate from bilal high school 2 years ago and i didn't get my school certificate either so let me know the complete process

Hello, I am Ukrainian citizen. I am going to fly directly from Peshawar to Istanbul via Kabul where I will spend more than 24 hours. Will General Consulate in Peshawar issue a transit visa for me as a 3rd country citizen (non Pakistani), or I should go to Islamabad for a visa? Thanks and Regards, Denys
