TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I AM A 23 YEARS OLD CAMERRONIAN TRAINED CIVIL ENGINEER MALE, THE TECHNICAL CHIEF OF SERVICE OF EYUMOJOCK COUNCIL, SOUTH WEST REGION, CAMEROON. IT WAS SAT TO DISCOVER AFTER FIVE MONTHS IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE THAT ROYALTY IN THIS PART OF THE COUNTRY IS STILL IN RAGS (FAR FROM SATISFACTORY). IT WAS ON THIS DRAW BACK THAT THE TECHNICAL SERVICE OF EYUMOJOCK COUNCIL UNDER THE AUTHORISATION OF THE LORD MAYOR OF THE SAID COUNCIL AND WITH THE COLLABORATION OF THE EYUMOJOCK CHIEFS CONFERENCE, INITIATED A STUDY THROUGH A ONE YEAR FOLLOW UP OF EYUMOJOCK COUNCIL ACTIVITIES IN THE TECHNICAL SERVICE. THIS STUDY WAS INTENDED TO GET THE FACTS, CONTEXT, FEELING AND PERSPECTIVE OF PEOPLE ON THE SITUATION OF TRADITIONAL CHIEFDOMS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY. IT WAS BASED ON THE FINDINGS MADE FROM THIS STUDIES THAT THE TECHNICAL SERVICE OF EYUMOJOCK COUNCIL PROPOSED THAT THE ONLY WAY THIS SITUATION CAN BE REVERSED TO THE NORMAL IS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SIXTY SIX PALACES FOR THE SIXTY SIX TRADITIONAL CHIEFDOMS IN THE MUNICIPALITY. EYUMOJOCK COUNCIL AND THE EYUMOJOCK CHIEFS CONFERENCE ARE UNABLE IN THEIR OWN SMALL CAPACITY TO MATERIALISE THIS PROJECT. WE NEED AIDS AT NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL. WITH A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT LIKE THIS AT HAND, I WISH TO KNOW THE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS NEEDED FOR ME TO OBTAIN A USA VISA, IN VIEW OF FUND RAISING FOR THIS PROJECT ABROAD, ATTEND SERMINARS ON PROJECT MANAGEMENT, ETC, BESIDES MY AUTHORISATIONS FROM THE LORD MAYOR OF EYUMOJOCK COUNCIL AND THE EYUMOJOCK CHIEFS CONFERENCE, ON THE ABOVE EXERCISE. WE WILL APPRECIATE ANY PIECE OF INFORMATION ON INTERNATIONAL FUNDERS OF PROJECTS OF THIS KIND. Email: egbepscal@yahoo.com

Godlove it is a scam. dont do it
hey Godlove, dont you even try to send any money anywhere. that is a big time scam. the fees for the dv lottery winner is not paid through any money transfer. not western union nor any other. it is paid directly to the embassy and when you win, they send you an email and a letter to the address you used in playing the lottery. dont be fooled. the person who sent you that email is a thief. i live in the US and i know this is a scam.

US embassy is a fraud and a shame
Everybody the US embassy has chosen to make money in Cameroon and we are their chickens. I was at the embassy some weeks ago and i saw students siting there for hours and when i asked some of them, they said their visas where issued but they are being disturbed from traveling to study. The embassy is doing this to frustrate children. I advice some of them to get lawyers an file a court case because such an attitude is unacceptable. Those guys are heartless morons.
