I have created an account in the new appointment system and for days now in have not been able to get an appointment date.when is the consular opening new appointments? How can I request for an expedited date. I need an appointment soon as my classes have to begin mid this month.

Iam trying very hard to get information on the Visa Status that was pending since February 2014.I called the Embassy there in Yaounde several times but no success and with much difficulty and frustration.I can't get through to Consul Doni Phillips and the VM box is always fill.please,please can someone HELP ME.
