IF Y WE DON'T PLAY GAME, IT IS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND HOW WE WOULD LEARN SUCH THINGS AS FAIRLY PLY, FRIENDSHIP OPPOSITION AND HARD STRUGGLE ONLY FOR A NON-MATERIAL REWARD OF WINNING A GAME. MY NAME IS DAWIT MINASSIE I AM LOVING SOUTHERN ETHIOPIA I WANT TO WRITE ABOVE THE QUALITIES OF GOOD LEADER, THAT'S A LEADER IS A PERSON WHO IS CALLED UPON TO GUIDE OR SHOW THE WAY OR TAKE. THE FIRST STEP IS IN A COURSE OF ACTION, HE MUST HAVE SOME OUTSTANDING QUALITIES OTHERWISE PEOPLE WOULD NOT FOLLOW HIM. HE MUST BE A MAN OF ABILITY AND CAPABILITIES. WHATEVER MAY BE THE FIELD OF HIS WORK, HIS H KNOWLEDGE, INFORMATION AND ABILITY MUST BE SUPREME. ITS THIS KNOWLEDGE WHICH INSPIRES CONFIDENCE IN THE PEOPLE WHO GATHER ROUND HIM. HE MUST BE A MAN OF CHARACTER. A SELFISH LEADERS SOON FOUND OUT AND PEOPLE CEASE TO HAVE ANY INTEREST IN HIM. HE MUST BE A MAN OF COURAGE AND HE MUST BR WITHOUT FEAR. HE MUST BE A PERSON OF DEEP UNDERSTANDING, HE SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WT H THE WEAKNESS AND LIMITATIONS OF HIS FOLLOWS. HE SHOULD ALSO BE ACQUAINTED WITH STRONG POINTS. A GOOD LEADER IN -FULLNESS HIS FOLLOWS BY HIS EXAMPLE. HE SHALL BE THE FIRST TO LEAD AND GUIDE. IF HE IS CALLING UPON THE PEOPLE TO MAKE SACRIFICES, HE SHOULD BE THE FIRST TO DO SO.OUR FORMAL PRIME MISTER MILES HE STRUGGLE FOR THE SAKE OF IS COUNTRY INDEPENDENCE. Alocate Approprate Person to Provide Approprate Service

Hello there,
It is to complain on your service provider officers assigned in different departments of the Embassy.
I was on your embassy in search of information on the activities of the American Christian Missionary groups involved in rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities in Ethiopia since the Embassy is expected to keep any kind of activities of its citizens and institutions working in Ethiopia. However, personals from Information Resource Center forbade me to provide the appropriate information on the subject. Therefore, I would like to request the Embassy to facilitate conditions so as to get access for the information available on the Presbyterian Mission, the Mennonite Mission, the Seventh Day Adventist, the Sudan Interior Mission and others that were responsible in the introduction and expansion of the modern rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities in Ethiopia. Being a Historian, The reconstruction of the history of these and other missionary groups would benefit the people of America in general and the missionary groups in particular.

Change those blind officers
The officers @ the U.S. Embassy counter & the Trafic Polise on the street of Addis Ababa are the same. If you are correct or not? Their distion is correct. It is very amazing that those kind of officers are who give a visa for 911 attackers.
As well please change your system or Learn from the other western country's. They don't need you to come & gate hard time by their officers. They only need your document.that can help them to help & find out about the person who need thire help.
