I came to America in 2013 with DV leaving my wife and my son in Ethiopian. i started their process as soon as I came. Everything is done including the DNA test for my son. The DNA result was received by the US Embassy employee on July 27, 2015. My wife was told that they will call her as soon as the DNA result is received but no call. I tried to contact the Visa department with no success. I emailed proof of delivery by FEDEX, still no answer.
What do I have to do to contact the Embassy from USA? I need your advice. Please email me at feredemekuria@yahoo.com
