Hello , i am grateful for the British mission in Uganda.
I am and a born of Gulu northern uganda.I lost both my parents during the war, mum in 1999 and dad 2004.i have grown up but very vulnerable because i dont have the good education. i did not complete A' level but i am ambitious to make it given a support from any body willing to change my life.
for this reason i write to the commision for any necessary assistace towards my inner call for education. the issue of the land as a source of livelihood in acholi is politically and socially centered and attached that we who do not have parents have no future . the only remaining opportunity is education.i will be grateful toward your positive response. my email adress is josephpachoto@gmail.con
yours sincerely,
Thopaco .o. Joseph
