My name is Tapuwa Chitambo. I am executive secretary to a registered trustee named Friends Of Shabanie Mashaba Mines. We are a group of active Zimbabwean citizens fighting for the rule of law in our nation and would like to bring to your attention an issue of the takeover of a British registered company by the GoZ. This takeover happened in 2004 as a result of a presidential decree promulgated by the former president Mugabe that allowed the divestment of this company and the expropriation of its shares despite loosing a court application in the UK.
One would expect that under the new leadership such an anomaly should be adressed.
I am from Zimbabwe and reside in the United States. I am going on a cruise to the Cayman Island do I need a Visa.
We have had so many meetings with your members for the purposes of assisting upcoming organisations and other views related. Your office has not bothered to help,save to refer us to other big organizations most of which are reluctant to groom or help. We have capacity as ZIGGD, but our effort ha been nipped in the bud despite our marvellous work .
