oa mera bhai once you submit your case in visa application center , the vac send your docs to BHC ABU DHABI DUBAI OR TO ISLAMABAD , ECO are sitting in bhc in both places , and decision give or not give visa to you is made by ECO , and once you refused the review on your case is done by ECM and you said ECM review case in BHC , which is wrong ,

kioka BHC mai eco bhatha hai not ECM , and bundel ap tribunal ko bhee bhjta hain and home office ko bhee ,

agar ap chyeah to direct khali tribunal jedge ko bhee bhaj sakta hain phir judge jo hota hai woh eco ko likhta hai ka apna yeah decision dia hai and appellant na apka decision ka against appeal ki hain , do u think u r right agar wohh kahee i am not then wahee sa hearing ki date sa pala he dicision with draw ho jata hain

u mean who how work on appeal ?

once your appeal in process you dont need to pay taxes,
you have to send your documents to home office and to tribunal court as well , once you send the docs you dont need to add more taxes papers , its common sence once you sent docs obviously you complete the docs thats why u send it to

over turn means ECM in home office or judge in tribunal court can over turn the decision of ECO on your case,

The ECM reviews your documents in the BHC... Not the home office. Cz that is the entry clearance Manager, who double checks the documents and Eco decision .... Here in appeal cases common sense doesn't work but rules and laws.... Before your revie deadline one can still submit supporting documents, unless it's overturned n not going to the court.

The appeal bundle is sent only to the tribunal... Not to the ecm... Then the tribunal sends your appeal bundle to ur home country British embassy to the ECM... For review. And that's when u get a deadline fr review. Please correct me if I m wrong. But I don't think so.

Sir, it is ethically n professionally a very wrong move to leak out another firms private information. If ur good as it seems then u shouldn't be swearing and putting the professional firm down .. This is not right. We all understand u want to help n u Hv information, but not by proving someone low. Hope u will avoide such comments in future.
