If you are given right of appeal against the refusal of your application for entry clearance (visa), you can appeal against the immigration decision of the Entry Clearance Officer within 28 days of the receipt of the refusal letter. The Notice of appeal can be submitted either to the British Embassy/British High Commission in your country of origin or First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) in the UK. The appeal is heard by the Immigration Judge at First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) in the UK.

Ur really very unprofessional.... I hv contacted the ECM myself in Islamabad..that's why I'm so sure and have received the reply fr ok m him too.. For ur information.. And just to inform you I m not bro but sister... My intention is not to do any harm to your knowledge.. But to know that I have the right info. U need to do ur homework dear brother... As I am an appellant too... I'm not a solicitor so don't worry. Its common sense !! If our appeal bundles r sent to Islamabad for review then who reviews them ?? If the ECM is in home office UK then y it comes to BHC... Now dont say the review is done by the ECO... CZ its not.. That's all I'm trying to say.. No offence to ur experience or knowledge. Thanks.
