Email the certificate to them with you application reference number with a brief of your situation, they will add this to your application.
If you have a degree will you not be exempt from the English language test as my husband did not have to complete this as he is a lawyer. This has not been the reason for us on hold so they have excepted his certificates for his qualifications. To be on the safe side email them the certificate
i have submitted my spouse visa application and i have been misguided previously that my bachelors degree meets the English Language Requirement though the medium i passed it in was English but after submitting that application i've been guided to give this doc as well.now I am worried about the decision that will be made for my application because only this document isn't there whereas the rest of the file is complete . i am further looking forward to give the English Language test so that i meet every criteria required for the visa. The officers at the visa center guided me that i need to write email to high commision uk islamabad ,asking them to allow me to submit the English certificate once i'm done with it as soon as possible because the duration of my spouse visa processing is a period of 90 days .
can anyone help me where shall i email them i previously emailed but there is no response from them.

Ali - yes it may be an apology letter. Unless u get ur mp to clarify what the letter says. Bhc are ridiculous.
