poly : yeah iv given all doc's except this english test one which is cox i mentioned i hold a degree taught in english . anyways lets hope for bes luck counts i think :)
The decision will go against the UKBA in judicial hearing in March as it is inhumane and it is effecting people's family life which is against the human rights act section 8, the UKBA can appeal against the decision which can drag for another year in which case the applications on hold will remain the same but you have the choice to withdraw your application and resubmit.
The income threshold requirement is not fair as it has not considered people who live in other areas of England, the rule has only taken account of Londoners. People in London earn more as the living expense is higher than the rest of the UK. If I was living in Birmingham or Manchester I could support a whole family with an annual income of £15,000 but in London even the £18,600.00 you can not support anyone except yourself so I don't understand how the rule was passed in the first place.
