@ sunset: i posted my situation in the other forum and basically everyone who had gave documents dated befre ther application got their visa about a week later. And everyone posted that i made a mistake by submitting evidence after the date of my husbands application. That evidence doesn't count.
@sehri: Basically what i mean is whatever evidence that you need to submit make sure that it is dated before the time u gave in.ur application.
For example: i gave in my husbands application April 2013, and i gave in extra evidence dated after April 2013, i.hope that makes sense.

Sadia thats what every1 kept telling me, that if they want extra documents they tell u in the first few months. Prime example is me, that is not true.
naveed alhamdulillah bro i am very grateful therefore if u noticed i smiled at the end of my comment. Iv worked very hard as im sure all of us on this forum have to be able to meet the income threshold. Allah has blessed us in many ways if Allah has wrote our kismat with our spouses then surely he has wrote in our kismat to meet with them in sha Allah :-)
i agree about the bread butter comment u made
sam e.g one of them being my second 2nd job paid me £12 extra in one of my months why was this?? another point was one of my employees did not mention that my contract of employment was of a permanent nature... these are the two points... there was one or two stating that on one of the months one of my jobs did not pay me i doubled checked this and i have been paid for both jobs, on time for 6 months i checked my statements... this is why they have said i dont meet the requirement etc.
Plz could you elaborate about your advice in regards to me submitting my evidence in just so i follow what u said.

Sam did they tell you they rejected your evidence due to it was dated after the date of application?
If they require documents before application they are submitted on application for 6 months before, why would they require this again as they had the originals anyway.
I submitted after application and prior to application as my income increased on 1st April anyway but my application was submitted with doc's from March which at the time I was earning over £27,000.00 and in April my wage was increased to £35,000.00 and application was submitted on 16 April so this was prior to application.
Still not heard anything, remember me and others in your duas.
