I have emailed a long time before for an appointment to renew my citizen card and passport. But I have not got any reply. I tried many times to contact the Consulate office as well, but there is no response!

os funcionarios do consulado portugues trabalham muito e nao sao pagos como merecem eles e elas tem de seguir as ordens que o presidente de portugal lhes manda fazer fassam marcacoes para portugal directo e em porugal que vem os passaportes e cartoes de cidadao entao e pra o consulado de portugal que devem fazer as chamadas e apontamentos porque o consulado portugues em londres esta cheio de cartoes de cidadao de nao clamarem
My son have recently been granted Portuguese citizenship, who is living with me in london. How do he gets an appointment for citizen card as I'm already Portuguese citizen
