My passport has expired and I have been trying to get an appointment with the Consulate in London in order to renew my passport. But everything I phone I get told I have to jeep phoning until an appointment becomes available. I have even gone in person to the consulate to try and book the appointment but they told me I can only book telephonically. It is very frustrating.

como nao podia de deixar de ser , somos quase abandonados pelo os servicos que pagamos " impostos e mais impostos " para sermos completamente enganados por trabalhadores do estado portugues , os servicos sao vergunhosamente vergunhosos , nem um simples telefone conseguem atender !!!!
