Já tentei várias vezes contactar este serviço para fazer apontamento para renovar o cartão de cidadão, mas estes serviços nem se digna atender o telefone. Já enviei e-mail para Assembleia da República (parlamento) a solicitar averiguação para apurar as razões do serviço ser péssimo ou até mesmo nem existir serviço. Por favor quem estiver na mesma situação que eu, reclame a assembleia da república ou recorra a vias judiciais pelo risco a integridade mental e ao bem estar de vida ao cidadão.
