I have been trying for months to renew my passport, its impossible! Phone calls go unanswered, emails are never replied to and there are never any appointments available online ! This is so frustrating.
Trying to get an appointment online to renew my passport and always comes up as "No vacancies available", without giving any other information or calendar to check. I'll try again later but I'm confused on how to get an appointment if the online scheduler provides no help or information.
We received an email from the consulate with a link to schedule appt, but everytime we log in there
are no appointments at all and now his Grandmother is seriously ill and we are trying to call and
unable to get thru as well we dont know what to do
How to deal with this emergency

I need to get a passport for my child and I cannot get an online application date.

Has anyone been successful getting an appointment via VFS???
I cannot fathom why in this day and age of automation etc, one cannot schedule an appointment online with the Portuguese Consulate in London.
I have been trying for days. Telephone calls just don't get answered. Going in person is to no avail.
It's an embarrassment to the nation it represents.
I have been trying for days to make an online appointment as directed by the staff at the consulate. It is simply impossible. Every time I click on 'Schedule' It says 'There are currently no vacancies, please try again later.'
But I have been trying for days! At different times! This seems impossible! Help!!

I have my passport which is almost expired last tow months past so I want idea how can I get an appointment for a passport renewal please reply at the earliest
