Unprofessionalism
It so dissappointing and unprofessional for someone to be calling the embassy severally and leaving messages but no one is returning one's call, i wonder when things are gonna work right with the embassy pls emulate other countries on how they respect their citizens, anyways i am not surprise Nigeria will always be Nigeria even if you go all over the world.

Visa and unprofessionalism
I sent my passport to the embassy for a visa after having completed all requirements. Four weeks later, no passport returned! On the third week I called every day but no-one picks up the phone. Finally, miraculously, someone answered. First she claimed the passport had not been received, then I quoted the express mail receipt confirmation signature. She transferred me to someone else who said my passport has been lying there. If there was problem with my documentation, why did they not alert me? Why did no-one bother to email or call me? Their lack of courtesy and unprofessionalism is appalling. It is astonishing that Canadian work ethics mean nothing to them.

Visiting Home with my kids
I would like to travel home with my kids (born in Canada) this summer. I hold a valid Nigerian passport, but my kids only have Canadian passports. I'll to find out the process to ensure they are allowed entry into Nigeria. Should i be applying for Nigerian passports for them? Can this be done online? I live far away from Ottawa. Or should I simply apply for a visitor's visa? Will the regular process apply to them since both their parents are Nigerians? I'll very much appreciate your advice. I am thrilled to hear the good testimonials of other Nigerians on this site and look forward to hearing from you. Thank you!

Love, care and kindness.
May God Bless you always Aunty Helen.
I was in the Mission Last week wednesday, and it happened to be Aunty Helen's birthday. She surprised all of us at the reception when she brought out her birthday cake to cut and share with all of us, especially the children. She personally served the children and the Parents. This is the first time in that Mission that we are being shown this kind of love and care. Can you believe that she later went back to work and made sure we all left with our passports the same day. Thank you for all your love, care and kindness Ma.
