Great job!!! Keep up it up.
I promised myself I would write a true and honest comment in honour of the excellent consular / passport staff who attended to me at the Nigeria High Commission in Ottawa. The passport officials, Ms Helen ... and Mr Tony ... were very professional and prompt in attending to me, as well as others. They were exceptionally accommodating and caring towards families with children. The service was swift.I had my new E passport in 40 minutes!!!! How's that for service. Ms. Sky, the lady at the reception, was very polite and extremely helpful, just as she was when I had to call in earlier. I made a point to get their names as we should give praise where one is due. In this case, they are all well deserving of it. Ooh, and before you get thinking of it, I went there not knowing a soul at the "High Commission". Yes!! Thanks for a job well done. Keep up the good work.

Keep up the good work.
I was at the High commission this week for my passport and observed that the two immigration officers, Helen and Tony were being ill treated for being nice and dedicated to their work. It is unfair that these people trying to help Nigerians out get messed up by some officials at the High Commission. We will be OBSERVING.

Aunty Helen's direct line
Good day everyone.
Please can anyone give me Aunty Helen's number? she gave me the last time i went there which was last month, but I misplaced it. Now I am so sick of calling the High commission's office because no one is ever available. That was the reason she gave me her number, and now I can't get in touch with her concerning my passport issue.

I will be so glad if anyone could help me out.
God bless you all.

Best Regards Madam Helen
Madam Helen, I want to say thank you for all your assistance to me and my family when we came for our passports. It is amazing and unheard of that passports are issued to us the same day.
YOU ARE TRULLY THE BEST.
Best regards from my whole family.
