Comments on this High Commission
Hello sir
please sir, we need a life and we pray for you to use your position to save our dying soul, most of us here are learned and educated due to the situation of Nigeria which no tribe is excepted as it's a death trap to the masses job/work opportunity has been of something the government never thought about.
Please sir, most of us are eager to work here in abroad,i want to suggest that you meet the ministry of Human resources, education and Immigration/minister of foreign affairs and enlighten them of our competency and rebuild a relationship between us.
In the other hand i suggest that the business of education is worth going for as we found ourselves here in Asia not that is our will to be here but what do we do ? drug, scam,go home and engage in criminal act whereas there is no job down there at home..Sir please it will be in good spirit of love and leadership to summon us for a national meeting at the embassy and give us orientation so that other ambassadors/consular will probably emulate for the future sake..
God bless you sir

Yes Helen and Tony, are not just one of those Nigerians.
It was January 24th this year(2012)I had my passport in my hand in less than an hr.They where ready to do thire job right from the very first min. still the last person was attended to.It seam like they are the only people in the embassy.
They are great people.
Thank you.
Nigerian Embassy in Ottawa is a huge reflection of Nigerians. They don't EVER answer the phone, they don't call back, they are SO RUDE. What is wrong with Nigerians?
I always paid twice with no refund when applying for visa and i think the embassy is making money from applicant. The nigeria embassy workers are very unprofessionan and brings their niger mentally to canada.what a shame
please i want to extend and update my Nigerian passport, i came in with a student study permit and a one year visa and would like to renew it, it will be expiring by november this year and i dont know when to come to your office, because am a student.
I want to thank mrs helen for making it possible to get my passport the sameday. It quiet unbelievable that a passport can be issued the same day.once again thanks to mrs helen and broda tony.
You are both great example of what we need in all our embassy throughout the world, i pray that God will continue to empower you to change the current image and he help you to face the adversary. Also pray for the rest of the workers in Ottawa that the glory of God will visit them IJN Amen.
